Most good thing about rsk is that it really cares about each and every employee and doesn't unnecessarily harassed people for small issues.

Dislikes

Only the issue is to develop company into big organization Pu need to upgrade new skills on employees and for that you have to go depth into the market for the search of new projects then only you can develop even more. To continue or pursue with same skills and sam kind of work for the team members will not help.
