Dislikes

There are managers who can only micro manage and equally poor communication skills. Very toxic work culture. Most of the good people have been absorbed by Visa and whatever left behind are not competent enough. Very bad HR department. Once you are an ex-employee they will forget you at the very second of your departure. In short, please stay away from this organization.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
