Good culture if you work in German offices
Dislikes
1. No initiatives such as alumni group meets, LGBTQ cohorts, any meet ups outside Germany. Other regions are really neglected.
2. Their stance on Gen AI is puzzling. Having a wait and watch policy when the whole world has written multiple POV on the topic and shared POCs on the same. Adapting to new tech is slow. Only one article or cover story in their magazine recently. The traditional way of adapting to things might not work anywhere when tech is evolving at lightening speed.
3. Other consulting firms have a strong knowledge centres / research and analytics wing and they bring out multiple POV on latest topics (eg Mc K C). Here they are just confined to doing mundane project work. And most of the countries dont have any research wing. That is a strange situation.
4. Work culture in other countries outside Europe is abysmal and toxic. Some partners are known to be very cut-throat for no reason because of their poor planning. HR professionals in most countries are of no help....Read More
