Any organization can have pros and cons. when it comes to this company, better to not to discuss about pros becuase you won't find one.

Dislikes

1. You would be expected to work on multiple assignments 2. If you get salary on time means then it will be a festival for you 3. If you resign then you should expect extension of your notice period, still if you work additional notice period there is no gurantee in getting you FnF settlement and relieving letters. 4. There is point I missed, if you are in Probation then you're not liable to take leaves. If so then it can be LOP. The list goes on like this....Read More

Substantial learning and growth opportunities, pay scale is at par with industry standards, employees' efforts are always appreciated & motivated with salary hikes & performance bonus, management is sympathetic towards employees, WFH has been introduced long back to give support & flexibility to employees especially women employees, good work-life balance

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
