poor management(manager is everything he can take any decision at any time), they treats their employee as a worker who works on daily wages, No work life balance , even have to do meetings at night till 12:00 PM with USA team ,No job security at any time they can fire you and threaten either you can resign by yourself or we will fire you in that case we will not give you experience letter.

Terrible management. No proper way to judge your work it will all come to how the manager knows you as it comes to only one person its like a dictatorship, you can't complain. Poor internet have to use your own phone's net sometimes. Electricity is out and they will force you to work in the hot weather without ac or fan while enjoying themselves in the cabin. You will be asked to do overtime. No bonus.. No Job security....Read More

The team lead portrays kindness but often acts contrary, creating a negative environment. The management is inefficient, and only the leads seem satisfied with the workplace dynamics. The organization lacks job security, creating an unstable and uncertain work environment. The company's strategy for handling feedback is straight outof a comedy show: delete reviews like they never existed, and when that fails, whip-up brand-new policies and fire off warning emails. Threatening termination for posting honest opinions? Hilarious, considering employees already live in constant fear of losing their jobs for absolutely no reason! The only good thing about working at this company is that you get to work on some on-demand Tech stacks alongside senior developers and you get snacks twice daily.

Absolutely no job security. You can be fired any time even if your performance is good and you have worked on the weekends. They hire you promising attractive packages, make you work on a mere 10K monthly stipend for 6 months and then kick you out from the organisation when the time comes to offer full time employment. This company literally plays with your career. Absolutely no place for a beginner to start their professional journey. Lots of office politics here, especially by the manager. CEO claims that the company is fast growing SaaS tech company being in the business for more than a decade yet their total employee strength <100 .
