Infrastructure. 2 month's Advance salary can be withdrawn to manage personal needs. Paternal leaves are available. Training. Project related opportunities.

Dislikes

Managers are judgemental. Micro management by managers. Managers can shout at times in meeting rooms. employees closer to their managers can get instant opportunities. Employees are not allowed to leave early, during no work or lean periods.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
