inappropriate and unethical company hiring employees and terminating them giving unnecessary reasons and treat them like they own them, no job security and no prior warnings, fire the employees when the company looses the projects and do not provide any severance or retention and no notice period, the managers and owners have no sense of communicating with employees. Worst and toxic work culture......the rotation of employees especially freshers is very normal here, so if anyone is looking to select this company, think 100 times and get feedback of past employees as they never stay on their own words....Read More
