Everything in this organisation is unethical. They will hire you then will fire you that too without even prior message. Suddenly you will get s call that everything is over. You myst be thinking that how they do it? They will put you in PIP for no reason even if your work is perfect they will start marking expectations as “CHAND KOgol nahi usy jaakar rectangle banado, fir chotye chotye tukdey kr ke biryani me daldo”. I liked the way the structure for customer support was setup within the company. I mean the way we handled our customers was very neat and this was possible only because of the structure.

Although the structure was pretty decent, there were a lot of flaws in training as we had to learn the product and everything that comes with the role on our own without enough materials to study. With lack of any training, we were also expected to start performing to be the best where we were still understanding how everything works. And if you didn't meet their top expectation, then you are on your way out....Read More

Senior leaders are immature and lack experience or a vision. They can fire you anytime for anything. Worst company culture. Very small pay hikes. Limited growth opportunities. India employees are treated poorly. Very US centric company. No fulfillment or job satisfaction across the board. HR team is almost non existent, they keep quitting or they are fired in mass. Engineering team is a joke. Customer support is run by leaders from consulting background who have no leadership experience....Read More

If you are soooo done with the world outside and given up on life. You just want to eat, sleep work and repeat. This is probably the best place to do that. You can forget your social life.

Dislikes

This isn't a conducive environment for personal growth or any growth as a matter of fact. Compensation is good, but there's no opportunity for learning. And mind you, they'll kick you out for no good reason. Politics heavily influences decisions, including terminations. I somehow felt that the support team is filled with individuals lacking leadership and competence. Another really alarming fact is how the teams here are treated(someone mentioned the word slave, well unfortunately thats correct). Idk about other functions but support@rippling has the worst culture ever, you are not encouraged to speakout/voiceout. Hypocrisy is a great word to describe life here.
