WFB is shit. On average is 12 hours and they still expect more work. Every other month, they cry wolf that we are going IPO in next 2 years, but not even groundwork has been setup for ipo. Whether it be a graduate dev or senior dev, both are writing business service day in day out. The code looks like it is written for college assignment. No though is given for improving overall code scalability. Monolith code. Nothing new to learn. All you learn is basics of python. Worst internal politics I've seen. Freshers who joined when company started a couple of years back have now become managers and now target any employee who questions them. They do not have experience on engineering practices.
