The company exhibits a concerning pattern of frequent, impulsive decision-making by the CEO, often without thorough consideration or consultation. This has resulted in a volatile atmosphere characterized by a hire-and-fire policy that lacks consistency and transparency. Moreover, there's a notable tendency to recruit individuals with limited experience, particularly from universities, without providing adequate training or professional development opportunities. It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability. However, the reasons provided for layoffs contradicted the ongoing hiring activities, leading to confusion among employees. Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the organization, with the CEO's involvement extending into various operational aspects, including marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations. This not only stifles autonomy but also contributes to a lack of trust and autonomy among employees. Worst company, either in case of job security, office culture, most of the decisions are taken by some fixed individuals and if they are against you or if you did anything and they get irritated and just raise questions on them, they will all go against you and you are finished.

Nothing after knowing the real motive of the organization

They have Hire and Fire work culture. Everything is depended on CEO mood. They have played with freshers career .Hire in campus drive and then fire them before they can complete 1 year in the organization with reason like no project etc. If no project then why gain do campus hiring in Dehardun and hire 20 employees. Last week 30 employees got laid off and few of them have not got salary also . They mention that they will give 3 months salary but they will never pay it. No notice period is ever given to an employee . They will be asked to leave in 1 day. DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION. they will be soon shutting down....Read More

There is nothing to like in this company. Worst management. Just give a lecture, that we are the family. They don't even care about their employees. If I talk about work-life balance, they make their employees work for more then 16 hours a day, without giving leave. No holiday on festivals. They don't have any project, still, they will not give you leave of one day. The worst company I have worked in. I suggest to everyone not to join this fraud company. 1) Hire and Fire Policy: They keep on hire and fire. They have ruined so many careers and they don’t care about the work. They will fire you for silly reasons (like not going to office party, not greeting morning, and evening) in general if you will not dance on their music you will be fired. 2) They will not allow you to take notice period, if you resign you will be released in a day without salary. They find ways to put you on Pip and fire you afterwards. They will frame you of things that you have not done . 3) Spine less Management and CEO: Management doesn’t have any power and decision making, managers even can’t decide their teams leave , everything is controlled by CEO(even whatever HR and management says is drafted by the CEO)CEO has nothing to work except for ruining work culture and to satisfy his EGO. 4) Partially, Unfair and Biasness : In the whole company there is only one female employee who gets away without working. She is currently on world tour funded by the company as it is going to be her company as well. She has changes 4 role within 3 years.
