Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good for freshers. Training is provided to help the freshers to acquire the necessary skills for working on client projects. Co workers are helpful. Scope for working on new technologies. Flexible working hours and good working environment.
