I recently had an experience with RG infotec that left are feeling quite disappointed. As someone who values transparency and professionalism, I expected a different level of service. The communication throughout the project was inconsistent, which led to misunderstandings and delays. Despite providing clear requirements, there were instances where the final deliverables did not align with out initial discussions. I also found the project management to be lacking. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, resulting in errors that required additional rounds of revision. This not only prolonged the project but also increased out frustration. In the end, I expected a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness from an RG Infotech. My intention in sharing this review is not to harm their reputation but to provide honest feedback for improvement . It is has been into the existence from last 12 years but didn’t make any changes to harsh policy like whole week salary would be deducted if you get absent for continous 3 days.
