NO WORK LIFE BALANCE NO JOB SECURITY BELOW LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT NO OFFICE SPACE, NO PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE they just hire people and start playing big boss who will survive till next year, if you compare any company they will have the highest turnover rate.

This question should be removed from here especially for this company, please never go in this organization. Stay at home for a while rather than job here, they will torture you and make you mentally sick. There will be only limited people who can stay here until 1 year because either some left because of cheap tactics by ex CFO kumkum our CEO Andrew. The CFO doesn't know anything I don't know how she got this position and CEO, thinks he is industry psychologist, he is basically Johny lever aka Award Anshuman from khatta Meetha movie. 1. Many people complain about no growth in the company, I believe one has to take the initiative to grow, and moreover, Rexus provides that platform and support to those who take initiative. 2. It's a shame to see the negative reviews which are being posted. Mind you if a company fires someone it's easy to come and post negative reviews instead of introspecting within themselves why I was fired or why I had a bad experience with Rexus Group when so many others are doing well and happy working in Rexus. 3. It's natural and obvious the frustration, the anger, the humiliation one goes through after being fired. One can imagine if that person posts a really bad negative review it reflects on their personality. Hence one should be careful before making an opinion based on negative reviews.
