Toxic Work Culture. Underpaid, Overworked and Underappreciated. Hire and Fire Policy. (when the probation is about to end the management either fires you by making up a lie like you violated company policies or extends probation without proper reasoning or if this both doesn't work they'll mentally torture you or isolates you fromother team members till you willingly resigns. PS: the management will be extremely sweet to you for the first 2 month of probation so the work gets done smoothly. This is how its with juniors. Seniors have different interesting toxic story to share.)
