There is nothing that clicks in my mind, You will be hired and deployed at a client location, and thereafter you will work as per client needs. As soon as their assignment is complete and RGP knows they will give you a call and say please consider this a formal notice and you will be released from RGP after a week when the client project / your contract is getting to end.

Your work on contract projects- No job security They will squeeze your time for the money they offer - No appraisal, they see you as a contract to project resource which is going to end soon. No Carrier roadmap work/plan for your development No option to get any payments if you are looking to do any certification. If clients go on some freeze / long no work like time of year-end, they will ask you to put in medical leave / personal leave to ensure no payment for those non-working days....Read More
