I like in operations team and they are supporting everyone.

In development team they not even respond for emergency help and they will not reply for our messages.

Replicon has good products overall. They have great set of minds working in the Dev Team and even the Marketing team does their best to get some great brand valued customers. Work from home availability is a good add-on but for the cost of work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Toxic work culture in the team. The manager and the director everyone are just interested in micromanaging and will try to ruin your life. No promotions in the career even if you work here for more than 3-5 years. No satisfaction about work even if you perform well. They just try to de motivate you ifthere is a miss from your side. Long working hours and meetings are scheduled at inappropriate hours where you dont get time for personal life.
