To be completely honest, I cannot list any real pros from my experience. The promises made during the hiring process were empty, and the work environment was demotivating and unrewarding. There was no significant learning or growth opportunity that I can confidently say was positive.

Please spend time to read this, before deciding to join here. Broken Promise: The Primary Reason I decided to join here was the promise of being relocated to Canada after one year(Mentioned in my Offer Letter). I turned down other best opportunities based on this commitment. However, after a year, when I started asking about the relo cation process, I was met with total silence. Even After Following up multiple times over six months, I received no clear responses. It became evident that this was just an empty promise to get me to join the Company. And yes. It's a Trap!!<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">! No Hike or Benefits: Over my entire tenure, I did not receive a single salary hike, bonus, or employee benefit, despite consistently achieving 4/5 rating in every quarterly reviews</mark>. As a senior developer, I worked hard, and delivered results, yet the management showed no appreciation or recognition. It felt like they were taking advantage of my skills without offering any tangible rewards. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, especially in a competitive job market like India, where companies are expected to offer fair compensation. Sudden Termination: After working diligently for over a year, I was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or explanation. One day, all my system access were revoked, and I was told that I was accused of moonlighting- without any evidence or prior discussion. This came as a shock because I had no idea that there were any concerns regarding my work. Not only was I dismissed without cause, but the management also failed to provide a clear or fair reason for the decision. The lack of communication and professionalism was staggering. No Transparency: Whether it was about relocation promise, career growth, or even the moonlighting allegations, there was never any transparency. Whenever I tried to reach out for clarity, my concerns were either ignored or met with vague response.
