Lack of Support for Maternity Leave and Toxic Work Environment I worked at this company and my experience was deeply disappointing. After 8 months, I applied for maternity leave. Almost immediately, I was put on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) without any valid reason, clearly a tactic to avoid paying for maternity leave by pushing me out. Despite this, I completed the PIP and was forced to work during my maternity leave. I was only granted 2 months of leave, after which I was made to work 4 hours a day during the rest of my maternity leave, which was extremely difficult for me. When I returned to work full-time, the situation worsened. I was harassed by a colleague, and when I reported this to management, instead of helping, they turned against me. The situation escalated to the point where they decided to terminate my employment. Shockingly, my colleagues who supported me by standing against this toxic behaviour were also fired one by one, with the organization citing trivial reasons. This company blatantly disregards employee rights, especially when it comes to maternity leave, to avoid paying what is owed. 1. No benefits 2. No job security, they will play you like football 3. PIP is a normal process 4. No office timing, you have to work min 15 hours 5. No Work life balance 6. Frequent terminations 7. There needs to be a lot of forms filled to communicate your work, and how you go well and beyond to be a A class player. This is ok, but there has to be a project manager who can communicate this to the management Need to hire more resources for the anticipated growth

Weekly and Quarterly activities Unity in Diversity, the team has people from almost 6 different countries but still everyone are so understanding and embrace each others cultural value
