Salary is not enough for this job, daily work life balance is not good. Overall its really too much pressure under work but salary is not so good. No holidays leave no leave in national holiday.

Dislikes

Nothing is like there everything is dislike, specially work culture, work system, management system, salary structure. All of these good for nothing. Actually the cluster manager is not friendly, or helpfull even HR too same. They can transfer to you at another store, its a long distance from your home, if you not buttering your manger, if you trying to say them truth you will be in trouble, they can fire you at any time indirectly....Read More
