There is no respect for contact worker here and salary never increases, no matter how capable you are, engineers always discriminate against you, especially engineers of small posts. Big engineer doesn't have time for your problem whereas contractor is their god.

Company written HR Policy. Based on your performance you will get increment in between 8-10-12% of your CTC. C-OFF policy for doing work on holiday. Night duty compensation.

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

Less increment and growth,they divided there super 100 in which only they get all benifits like plf and other benifits.Secondly PLI is CTC part which will be given on basis of PMS,100%Pli which is our money is not recovered and if u rsgine the plo will b taken by company.

There is a difference between the senior and junior employees, the salary of diploma joiners is very low, there is no respect, the junior employee is always wrong.

Pay structure is not standardized as per market. Job role distribution is adequate. Roles and responsibilities is non proportional to the pay structure. Top management employees have extremely high pay but the medium and lower grade employees are under paid.
