Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary increment is very low every year

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company written HR Policy. Based on your performance you will get increment in between 8-10-12% of your CTC. C-OFF policy for doing work on holiday. Night duty compensation.

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

Less increment and growth,they divided there super 100 in which only they get all benifits like plf and other benifits.Secondly PLI is CTC part which will be given on basis of PMS,100%Pli which is our money is not recovered and if u rsgine the plo will b taken by company.

1- Salary of JEC cader is very very poor. 2- 16% of your CTC is get deducted as PLI and return after minimum 18 months later. No one get 100% PLI as mentioned in CTC. Maximum 80-90% is given back to employ.

There should be proper shift scheduling especially for shift duty person and that too for dcs operation persons. Sitting 8 hour in chair is way hard and may cause so many serious issue if work days is 8 days week Life becomes hell when you carry A/B/C shift and you get off in a week that is after 8 days and that off won't count asyou sleep whole day & after you wake up having dinner and then for sleep to go for general shift. There should be NO general shift or shift schedule must be 6 days work instead of 8 days work week. No general shift. And shift schedule if possible A-OFF-C it will give 56 hour margin for an employee. Most of the person because of this bussy shift schedule opt for leave in general shift or mostly all have serious headache & migrane issue, because of busyness. Life is not only to serve company. What about personal life and most important what about family you don't give much time to family. Going office eating.. sleeping going again that is life.
