Company written HR Policy. Based on your performance you will get increment in between 8-10-12% of your CTC. C-OFF policy for doing work on holiday. Night duty compensation.
PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

1- Township is good. 2- Plant location is good
1- Salary of JEC cader is very very poor. 2- 16% of your CTC is get deducted as PLI and return after minimum 18 months later. No one get 100% PLI as mentioned in CTC. Maximum 80-90% is given back to employ.
