Pathetic culture! Micro management to another level. Even the top management folks are unprofessional & use loose language. The CEO makes the most pathetic remarks in the org wide townhall! There is no team synergy only politics. Creating unnecessary urgency is what they believe in. Wont recommend at all!

Worst leadership, one can never expect 100℅ in hand salary, they are on a deduction spree upto ARDM & Branch Manager Level. Lowest commission to agents, renewal commission to agents gets a 75℅ deductions. End number of con calls Immature leaders don't have the skills to lead. So many clauses which is directly affecting attrition to the highest level
