We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Corporate Secretarial to join our Company Secretarial team. The ideal candidate will be a Company Secretary (CS) qualified professional with 2-8 years of experience in handling secretarial and compliance roles. Candidates with an LLB qualification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Compliance for Unlisted Companies
2. Regulatory Filings & Compliance
3. Board & Shareholder Meetings
4. Corporate Governance & Reporting
5. Liaison & Coordination
6. Preparation of MIS & Management Inputs
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013.
- Expertise in SEBI LODR Regulations, Takeover Regulations, and other corporate laws.
- Familiarity with Stock Exchange and MCA filings/compliances.
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Strong knowledge of ROC compliance, MCA filings, and corporate legal requirements.
- Good understanding of board processes, statutory reporting, and compliance framework.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Company Secretary (CS) qualification with 2-8 years of experience in secretarial & compliance roles.
- Preferred: LLB degree.
- Experience in handling secretarial work for multiple entities (preferably unlisted & listed companies).
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance practices.
