Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard high-performing agents, including HNI LIC advisors and experienced professionals from top private insurance companies.
- Develop, mentor, and drive the performance of the recruited agents to meet organizational goals.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals to expand the client base.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure high productivity.
- Drive business growth through effective team management and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate, MBA with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
- Proven track record in sales, agency recruitment, or team development within the insurance industry.
- Strong networking abilities and experience working with HNI clients and advisors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets

Company is good. But seniors, branch managers, and norms is Very bad. Disturbing work, not allow field work, not responds to the customers& advicers.
Seniors disturbing to me. Not allowed morning field work. So loses many customers
