Key Deliverables:
Agent Recruitment:
- Develop and implement various agent recruitment strategies, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential agents.
- Organize activities to increase agent footfall and generate referrals for new agent recruitment.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Agent Development:
- Develop agents' prospecting, calling, and work habits.
- Coach and mentor agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with agents on activity planning and goal setting.
- Identify agent training needs and coordinate with trainers to improve agent skills and performance.
Meet Business Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Drive agent productivity and persistency through regular performance review processes (PRP), Individual Improvement Discussions (IID), Group Improvement Discussions (GID), and other performance management tools.
- Ensure adherence to company product mix sales ratios and business norms.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Centricity:
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the agent team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
