Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Agency Sales Manager to oversee and grow the Company.

Requirements:

- To improve Team' proficiency in product knowledge and sales tactics, plan regular training sessions.

- To improve Team' product knowledge and sales skills, conduct frequent seminars.

- To improve Team' knowledge of product specifics and sales tactics, hold regular training sessions.

- Initiate and oversee regular training programs that enhance Team' product knowledge and sales abilities.

- Provide regular training courses to improve agents' product expertise and hone their sales skills.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of field sales experience

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Driver's license and bike ownership

- Local candidate preferred
