Position Summary:

- To supervise, manage, and expand our agency network, we are seeking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager (SDM) for the Agency Channel.

Principal Accountabilities:

Management of Agency Channels:

- Develop, oversee, and maintain ties with agency partners to promote company expansion.

- Find and hire new agencies and improve the operations of those that already exist.

- Monitoring and reporting on agency partners' performance in relation to sales goals is known as performance tracking and reporting.

Customer relationship management:

- Establish solid, long-lasting connections and make sure that agency partners are meeting the needs of the customers.

- Effectively and promptly handle consumer complaints that have escalated.

Qualification:

- Graduation in Any Course

- A minimum of one year's experience in sales
