The Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing clients in a specific territory. This role involves face-to-face sales activities, prospecting, product presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Identify and target potential clients, manage existing relationships.
- Sales & Business Development: Meet sales targets through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, offer post-sale support, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and customer trends.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to close sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
