Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-16 yrs)

We are currently seeking motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Ratnagiri.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct onsite meetings and presentations to potential clients to showcase our insurance products and services.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and strategic insights to the management team.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts to track progress and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance sector

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
