Position : Client Relationship Manager.
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is different from an Accounts Executive. The BDE's job is to find and bring in new clients, while an Accounts Executive handles and manages the relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
2. Assist the group in expanding the sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
3. Encourage teamwork and maintain the group's focus on achieving objectives.
4. Improve sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output and performance.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in sales or marketing
Age: 21-38 years
Skills :
1. Adept at establishing rapport, negotiating agreements, and conversing with others.
2 .Able to establish and keep solid relationships with partners and clients.
3. Competent in problem-solving, project management, and networking.
4. Able to lead other teams and adapt successfully to the company's culture.
