Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role requires understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent service to retain clients.

Location : Durgapur

Salary Package : 2.80 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and convert new leads into sales.

Requirements:

- Graduation is a must.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the financial/insurance industry).
