Reliance Infrastructure - SAP Consultant - ABAP/HR Modules (2-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. seeks a highly skilled SAP HR ABAP Developer to support and enhance its Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The role focuses on the Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Recruitment modules, ensuring optimal system functionality and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who excels in technical development and process optimization within SAP HR modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance ABAP programs specifically tailored for SAP HR modules.

- Build, maintain, and optimize infotypes for Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).

- Implement user exits, Business Add-Ins (BADIs), and enhancements to meet business-specific requirements.

- Design and develop both classical and ALV (ABAP List Viewer) reports for real-time data analytics and management insights.

- Create and maintain custom function modules to support HR processes.

- Conduct detailed debugging and performance tuning to ensure the smooth execution of ABAP programs.

- Work with ALE/IDOC for seamless data integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Leverage ODATA services for enabling connectivity and interaction with web-based applications.

- Develop custom solutions using WEBDYNPRO ABAP to enhance user interface and system interactivity.

- Design, develop, and manage Adobe forms for structured and professional document generation.

- Collaborate with HR process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Automate routine HR tasks through efficient ABAP programming to improve productivity.

- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure all custom developments meet functional requirements.

- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and configurations.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in ABAP programming with a focus on SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment).

- Strong expertise in user exits, BADIs, enhancements, and debugging techniques.

- Hands-on experience with classical and ALV reporting, function modules, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with ALE/IDOC, ODATA services, and WEBDYNPRO ABAP.

- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Adobe forms.
