Reliance Infrastructure - SAP Consultant - ABAP/HR Module (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a talented SAP HR ABAP Consultant to join our team at RInfra. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SAP HR module development and customization, coupled with advanced technical expertise in ABAP HR.

Key Responsibilities :

Work extensively on SAP HR modules, including :

- Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll Processing, Recruitment

- Manage the development and customization of infotypes with specific time constraints.

- Enhance existing infotypes and create new ones as needed.

- Implement User Exits, BADIs, and both Implicit and Explicit Enhancements.

- Leverage Logical Databases and Macros to optimize processes.

- Develop and maintain: Classical and ALV Reports, Module Pool Programs, Function Modules and RFCs

- Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Design and model ODATA services using Transaction Code SEGW.

- Set up and manage ALE/IDoc processes.

- Perform program debugging and optimize performance.

- Use Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques, including Classes and Methods.

- Develop applications with WebDynpro ABAP and Floor Plan Manager (FPM).

- Create and maintain Adobe Forms using Transaction Code SFP.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).

Experience :

- Minimum of 2 years in SAP HR ABAP development.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in SAP HR ABAP development and customization.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Hands-on experience in ODATA modeling and API integration.

- Knowledge of ALE/IDoc processes and Object-Oriented Programming.

- Familiarity with WebDynpro ABAP and FPM frameworks.

- Experience in developing Adobe Forms.
