Key Responsibilities :

ABAP Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for SAP ABAP development.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimize code to enhance system efficiency.

S/4HANA Expertise :

- Develop and implement solutions leveraging the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA, including CDS views, AMDP, and OData services.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand S/4HANA-specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

System Integration :

- Work on complex system integrations involving SAP modules and external systems using various technologies like IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently.

Technical Support :

- Provide technical support during project implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live phases.

- Debug and resolve issues reported by end-users and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Prepare technical specifications, unit test cases, and comprehensive documentation for all developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in core SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).

- Experience with advanced ABAP features like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), BADI, BAPI, and user exits.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies, such as CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.

Integration Knowledge :

- Experience with SAP module integrations and external systems using IDoc, RFC, and Web Services.

Problem-Solving Skills :

- Strong analytical and debugging skills with an ability to solve complex technical issues.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA Development.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is an added advantage.
