We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori/UX Consultant to join our team and play a key role in enhancing user experience for our SAP projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP Fiori, UI5, and UX design principles, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Key Responsibilities :

SAP Fiori Application Development :

- Design, develop, and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OpenUI5 frameworks.

- Ensure alignment with SAP Fiori design guidelines and user experience best practices.

S/4HANA Integration :

- Leverage the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA to develop and deploy innovative UX solutions.

- Work on Fiori elements and Smart Controls for S/4HANA-specific use cases.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze UX requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans.

UX Design and Optimization :

- Conduct usability studies and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience.

- Optimize Fiori apps for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.

Gateway and OData Services :

- Develop and manage OData services for SAP Fiori apps.

- Ensure seamless integration between the front-end (Fiori) and back-end (SAP S/4HANA or ECC).

Technical Support and Maintenance :

- Provide technical support during the development and post-implementation phases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fiori apps and UX features.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience in developing and deploying SAP Fiori applications.

- Hands-on experience with OData service development and SAP Gateway.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and customization.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and Fiori application enhancements.

UX Design Skills :

- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs.

Problem-Solving Skills :

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Analytical thinking to resolve complex technical issues.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Fiori/UX development.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA UX.

- Experience in integrating third-party tools and applications with SAP Fiori.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori elements and SAP Business Application Studio.
