About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Finance (FI) modules, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust financial solutions that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Finance Module Implementation and Support:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

- Provide expert guidance and solutions to support business processes and resolve system issues.

S/4HANA Expertise:

- Utilize SAP S/4HANA features such as Universal Journal, real-time financial reporting, and simplified financial processes.

- Assist in migration projects, including the conversion of legacy systems to S/4HANA.

Business Process Analysis:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and accounting processes.

- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions using SAP Finance functionalities.

Integration with Other SAP Modules:

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI with other modules such as SAP CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).

- Support end-to-end process workflows and data consistency.

Customization and Configuration:

- Configure SAP FI modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Design and generate financial reports using SAP tools like Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Enable decision-making through accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Training and Support:

- Provide training to end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and best practices.

- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Finance-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in SAP Finance (FI) module implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance features and functionalities.

- Knowledge of SAP CO module and its integration with FI.

Experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

- Exposure to implementation, support, and migration projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

Candidates with a finance background (M.Com / CA) are preferred.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certification in Finance or S/4HANA.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user interface customization.
