Functional Consultant - SAP EWM Module (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with 6-8 years of hands- on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM). The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP EWM applications to optimize warehouse operations and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP EWM and WM modules

- Develop and customize SAP EWM and WM applications, including material flow systems, storage control, and warehouse controlling

- Implement and configure SAP Advanced EWM solutions, including labor management, yard management, and value-added services including integration with SAP Transportation Management and Yard Logistics

- Perform unit testing, integration testing and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP EWM and WM applications

- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAPEWM and WM applications, including identifying and resolving issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of SAPEWM and WM solutions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAPEWM and WM technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 6-8years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Warehouse Management (WM) in a functional or techno-functional role

- Proficiency in SAP tools & technology

- Strong understanding of SAPEWM and WM modules, including material flow systems, storage control, and warehouse controlling

- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP EWM solutions, including labor management, yard management, and value-added services

- Knowledge of EWM integration with SAPTM & Yard Logistics is a plus

- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, RFC, and BAPI

- Implementation experience with S4/HANA & SAP Fiori is a must.
