Job Summary :

Zortech Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in developing and supporting HR-specific ABAP customizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP for HR modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions to global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces for HR modules.

- Work on HR-specific ABAP objects, including Infotypes, PCRs, Schemas, and custom enhancements.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ABAP code for SAP HR modules.

- Develop and maintain HR-specific interfaces using ALE, IDOC, and RFC technologies.

- Provide support for SAP HR processes, including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ABAP developments.

- Stay updated on SAP HR and ABAP enhancements to suggest innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on HR modules.

- Strong knowledge of Infotypes, Logical Databases (LDB), and Payroll Schemas.

- Expertise in HR Forms, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms for employee-related documents.

- Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques.

- Hands-on experience with ALE, IDOC, and RFC for HR integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- SAP ABAP HR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
