Job Summary :

Zortech Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of expertise in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) solutions.

- Configure RCM workflows, requisition templates, and candidate application processes to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP RCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Conduct data migration, including mapping, validation, and importing candidate and requisition data.

- Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support to resolve issues and optimize processes.

- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates and features, recommending process enhancements.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP RCM workflows, candidate pipelines, and requisition management.

- Experience with SAP RCM integrations and data migration tools.

- Ability to analyze and design processes for recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- SAP SuccessFactors RCM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
