About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM UK Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP UK Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with UK payroll regulations and delivering high-quality payroll solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support the SAP HCM Payroll module, specifically for the UK payroll system.

- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Payroll and relevant HR modules, including Time Management and Personnel Administration.

- Analyze, design, and implement payroll processes, reporting, and functionality aligned with UK payroll standards and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

- Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.

- Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including end-user training and support.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP HCM UK Payroll Consultant.

- Extensive experience with SAP Payroll configuration specific to UK requirements.

- Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

- Proven experience in SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
