Job Summary :

Zortech Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EC implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, and demonstrate expertise in configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP Employee Central (EC) modules to meet client requirements.

- Conduct system setup, configuration, and customization for SAP EC workflows, processes, and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EC with other SAP and third-party systems.

- Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and upload to SAP EC.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues efficiently.

- Develop and deliver user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP EC features and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP Employee Central (EC) implementation and support.

- Proficiency in configuring Employee Central workflows, organizational structures, and data models.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their interdependencies.

- Experience in data migration tools and techniques for SAP EC.

- Knowledge of SAP EC integration with other modules and third-party applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- SAP EC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
