Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the progress of the development team.
• Foster collaboration and communication within and across teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure transparency and visibility by maintaining accurate Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
• Continuously assess and improve the team's Agile maturity and processes.

End-to-End (E2E) Handling Integration

• Identify opportunities to incorporate End-to-End (E2E) handling methodologies into our development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand E2E requirements and design appropriate strategies to address them.
• Implement E2E handling practices to streamline the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of E2E handling.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of E2E handling initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
