No work ethics, higher management shouts at employees on the floor, Manager don't foster a culture of effective feedback sharing. No one is bothered about people first approach, no one cares about employees voice. Careless management, no skip level meeting are being conducted.

If you have God father in this organization then you can grow 2x. Otherwise you suffered. Only you can get your salary on time. Management don't know about how can we work.

No job security. No work life balance. Don't care talented people. No promotion. No major hike. Now a days they are targeting and pressuring for put it down resignation. No clear policies. Don't trust only reliance name. There is no any job security.

This is my 5 company but I never complained about any other organisation but this company forced me to do the same 1. Employee will be treated as slave. 2. No hike given 3.
