The owner is a very nice person,but visits in months, HR is pathetic

Dislikes

Salary never came on time, no fixed salaray structure, senior with less knowledge & from non-fmcg background, everyone just trying to save his/her job, company is in total loss, making fool of its owner who is a gentleman.Changed frequently their business models since starting.Just started not more than 2 years ago.Career is totally insecure here.
