There is no one thing I like about regalix anymore.

The management sucks, everybody gossips even the managers and the team leaders. More than showing up to work it feels like going to a family function where everyone is talking about everyone else. Don't be suprised when you listen to a new rumour everyday. Here at regalix everyone is interested in each other's personal life. If you want to know about someone be your team leaders favourite and they will spill the beans. Please don't expect professionalism from this company. They are only professional in their favour. You won't miss school, if you don't impress your team leader you have to sit where they want you to sit. The teacher's pet can do whatever they want they can be late, rude, not punctual and all of that and get away with it, But the others have to stick to the so called RULES. The management hears what you say but never listen at the end they do what they have to do, so if you don't like anything about it don't waste your time talking to you superiors just leave. Overall, the freshers might like this place but the experienced will call it 'CHINDI'....Read More

Work Details

Work policy: They say 2 days per month, but the teacher's pet can show up to work whenever they want, and other have to work from office no matter what.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
