Dislikes

My team is working in a silo, all from home; hence unable to meet. Virtual meeting differs and physically meeting your colleagues is different.

Company is open to everybody's suggestions, no matter with the designation, and would definitely try to implement, by any chance if it is practically possible. Despite me being a remote employee, my growth opportunities and compensation are far beyond my expectations. With a focus on encouraging women employees, I am really satisfied to be a part of the organization.

Being remote, I could hardly get something to learn, as training sessions are offline generally
