You are not going to gain any knowledge or skills, appraisal is worse - only 7 percentage, don't expect incentives, they will force you to do OT whenever needed and call it as mandatory OT, Manager is the decision maker here, HR is useless, NEVER EXPECT PROMOTION OR JOB SECURITY from this company. After the peak season ended, they schedule a test and terminate you. Job security is bad why I am saying that is in the following time we get to know more process knowledge and improve a lot but you can't decide the person with the test.

I liked the friendly nature of my colleagues and few senior employees.

The organization doesn't value the employee's work properly. They always hire at peak season and fire them immediately when peak season is over. This is so rude for the employees.
