Food is free, unlike the other BPOs they have 4 different shifts, you can choose Day shift (but it is rotational), work culture is good,

You are not going to gain any knowledge or skills, appraisal is worse - only 7 percentage, don't expect incentives, they will force you to do OT whenever needed and call it as mandatory OT, Manager is the decision maker here, HR is useless, NEVER EXPECT PROMOTION OR JOB SECURITY from this company</mark>. If you are working hard then they will keep you and will never promote you. They will change your shift timings often...Read More

Sometimes, work goes more than the working hours. They force to do Overtime. Meetings- almost an hour, They mark 'work off'. But, they say to log in half an hour before. If we ask 'why?', they say, we have to be flexible. Then, what is the purpose of the schedule? Even during the work-off, they mistakingly say to log in without referring to the schedule....Read More

Everything is Good for me (Personally). If you are a fresher then for sure you can learn a lot and gain good experience.
