Likes

All Employees (Dev, QA etc) who are below Managers level are very hardworking and due to them only this company is surviving. But no body takes care of them.

Dislikes

WORST Place to WORK Huge Politics: Frequent Promotions are only given to Managers and above them Directors/Managers promises that in Mid-Year we will give you good Hike but instead they fill their own or their managers pocket Leaves are Cancelled and employees are forced to take Work From Home to support work

How to Balance Career and Family?

I have 8 years of experience across customer service, digital marketing analytics, backend operations, and product management. I’m skilled in visualization tools, basic SQL, and Excel. Currently, I work as a Business Analyst for a product-based company, earning 25 LPA. Personally, I recently got married, and we’re expecting twins. As the only child, my parents, who live in Kolkata, are at an age where they need support and can't manage on their own. My wife has been promoted and moved to Bangalore, while I’m based in Hyderabad. I’ve also recently bought a house, and managing households across three cities is overwhelming. The constant travel is affecting my savings, and I’m struggling to find time to upskill. With responsibilities for my parents, growing family, and future savings, I feel lost and uncertain about my next career move. I’d appreciate any advice on balancing these priorities and ensuring financial stability for the future.
